Was Pierre Trudeau A Leading Perpetrator Of Residential School Oppression?

To post to facebook, click here:

According to a Canadian University Indigenous Foundations report, the term residential schools refers to an extensive school system set up by the Canadian government and administered by churches that had the “nominal objective of educating Indigenous children.”

“Damaging and equally explicit objectives of indoctrinating them into Euro-Canadian and Christian ways of living” was a primary goal.

When researching the topic of persecution of the Aboriginals throughout Canadian history, it is telling to note how most studies reference a dual culpability from government and the church.

Within the context of a recent uncovering of the bodies of 215 Aboriginal children found beneath a Canadian residential school, a curious omission is found. Establishment media are going all-out on the responsibility of the Catholic Church, while refraining a reference to government’s fundamental role in historic oppression of First Nations peoples.

Wikipedia tells us that the residential school network was funded by the Canadian government’s Department of Indian Affairs and administered by Christian churches

In terms of which institution held greater jurisdiction regarding these historical events, the correct answer is government. Why then would this documented element of the equation be omitted from contemporary media narrative on the ghastly residential school debacle?

More on that in a moment. Turning toward personal culpability, we discover major curiosities.

With the passage of the British North America Act in 1867, and the implementation of the Indian Act (1876), the government was required to provide Indigenous youth with an education and to assimilate them into Canadian society. The government therefore collaborated with Christian missionaries to encourage religious conversion.”

“From the 1890s until the 1950s, the government tried constantly to shift the burden of the system onto the churches.”

Enough of anecdotal evidence. The facts are the facts. An historical culpability for both the Liberal Party, as well as the Conservative Party, is factual. Just not for CBC, CTV, Globe & Mail, National Post or Toronto Star.

Recent media reporting on residential schools deaths contain no reference that Cultural Action Party can find to government responsibility. Why not? Are serious students of history supposed to view this as coincidence? It simply cannot be the case.

Here’s an enlightening piece of information: From 1969 until 1978, control and maintenance of residential schools was in the hands the federal government of  Canada.

The Liberal Party was the ruling government of Canada from 1968 to 1979. The prime minister throughout this eleven-year period was Pierre Trudeau.

What a fascinating discovery this is. On this basis, it is fair to state that the prime minister most responsible for the residential school debacle is Pierre Trudeau.

Degree to which this theory has been presented within contemporary media? The correct answer is no degree at all. Why not? Are mainstream media interested in presenting historical truth, or are they indulging in a game of deception based on ulterior motives?

Frankly, this is as obvious as the back of one’s hand. This dynamic exists for a purpose. If media obfuscate Liberal government responsibility, then they have no opinion on why this political dynamic exists.

CAP’s opinion is that within 2021 society, our ruling government and Canadian media function as a team. Therefore, the responsibility for mass murder within residential schools is off-loaded to the church, while government remain free of blemish.

How neatly this fits into CAP theory. We believe that a covert war upon the Christian faith is well underway within society. Does media’s “selective amnesia” not play most perfectly into this theory? Fact is, Christian-Canadians have been down-in-the-mouth since the day Justin Trudeau attained office. Does the impact upon church attendance during the Covid pandemic not attest to this?

Readers may wonder what all this is about. Much of it seems strange and unclear. Unless there is a “greater goal” at play. This comes in the form of the Great Reset agenda for the future of our nation. One thing students of history can attest to– Christianity and communism do not mix.

Therefore, if Canada was being walked down a path of transition from democracy to dictatorship, does it not make sense that an attack upon Christianity could be part of process?

To confirm, just take a look at the communist nation of China. Justin Trudeau certainly has, as did father Pierre Trudeau before him. Is all this indicative of a transformative agenda at work within society?

Canadian media are today in the “Liberal Protection Industry.” They have hereby insulated both the Liberal Party and Canada’s forefather of globalism, Pierre Trudeau, from admonishment regarding historical persecution of Aboriginals.

  1. When you control the medium ( media ), you control the message!

Ol’ Pierre baby was known to be quite a dandy, even having fresh-cut flowers in his lapel – was it everyday! Not hint of hardwork was ever exuded by this man, maybe only ever in his avoidance of conscription in the last big war!

Like father, like son; and this goes farther than working for living, neither of them did, but also mainly in an adoration of the Communism of China that precludes any sentiments and belief in the way of life in Canada. A way of life, that has given the freedom to express their individuality, which is unlike their ‘preferred’ country, China, would have ever given them!

Nominally their religious roots are French Catholic – truth is, that is their heritage, but their principal worldview is the very opposite of a belief in God, only seeing that certain men must fill that capacity.

Of those certain men, they are them…
Thus, they care not what the masses believe, instead have an arrogance that supersedes one and all.
If Canada’s government can escape blame for awful legislation that is part and parcel of the residential school system and shift such evil machinations onto the Christian religion, than the Trudeaus have fulfilled their obligations to the agenda of Canada’s obliteration.
And that is mainly the Great Reset and a One World Government – Communism, a totalitarian system with China in control.

  2. They confuse people by referring to the Catholic Church as a Christian Church, followers of Christ. They are not. They seek worship of their members, salvation is based on doing the rituals of the church, they do the works of the anti-christ, and Mary is their god. They are the epitomy of the anti-christ.

Christians are those who recognize one Deity, Christ as their saviour, and believe in His instructions to do good works. “Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them” (Matthew 7:20)

  3. Yes, the government allowed the Catholic church to run the schools until the 70’s. They are responsible for that.

But don’t forget that the catholic church was a trusted institution and they breached that trust in an unbelievable violation of these kids. Don’t let the church get away with this. An apology from the pope is bs!! It won’t be coming anytime soon. Sue the church for the big bucks.

Just like priests in the rest of north and south america getting away with the physical and sexual abuse of boys/kids in their own parishes, the people who abused these children in the residential schools (many are long dead) should be held accountable and their names should be published as well.

    • The liberal government took control of the schools in the 50’s. Before that, depending on location, not just catholic churches, many denominations controlled residential schools. In the 70’s 35% of the staff were native. Late 70’s early 80’s schools were starting to fully controlled by natives.
And when schools were going to be closed permanently, natives protested and had standoffs to keep them open…..and continued the abuse of their own children.

  4. If it was set out in the British North American Act of 1867,that the First Nations children were to be sent to school and receive an education, why are the First Nations People stating that they were taken away from their homes?
Although the Federal government funded the Residential Schools, we did not give the Catholic church permission to sexually and physically abuse those children. The Catholic church needs to be sued; forget the apology from the Pope because for him to say I’m sorry means $$$money, and he isn’t going to go there.
The Catholic church has been sexually abusing people since the world began.
New rules: if any member of the Catholic church is caught sexually abusing people, especially children, the priest, cardinal or whatever……….gets charged criminally and gets sent straight to prison, just like anybody else. Why has the world allowed this to go on since the beginning of mankind……………I simply don’t understand it. They are the richest organization in the world………………..it’s GOT TO STOP!!!!

  5. About five years ago Wikipedia article on the Schools indicated that as late as the 1960s Indian representatives lobbied the federal government to retain these schools — the gov’t was thinking of shutting them down. This info has been erased. Was it wrong? Or is it an inconvenient fact?? Anybody know?

    • It was a fact, I asked my grandmother about it. She has told me many stories about the residential schools. The native staff were just as cruel as the non native staff.
I’m 1/4 my grandma is full.
