“Canada became a country, the Dominion of Canada, in 1867. Before that, British North America was made up of a few provinces, the vast area of Rupert’s Land (privately owned by the Hudson’s Bay Company), and the North-Western Territory.”
“By 1864, leaders felt that it would be good to join into one country. Known as the “Fathers of Confederation,” these leaders met and wrote a constitution for the new country, which had to be passed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom.”
“This became known as the British North America Act, or the BNA Act. This Act brought together the three provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Canada (which became the provinces of Ontario and Quebec). The BNA Act described the structure and main laws of the new country, as well as the division of powers between the new provinces and the federal government.”
In terms of etymology, the name “Canada” has been in use since the founding of the French colony of Canada in the 16th century. The name originates from a Saint-Lawrence Iroquoian word kanata (or canada) for “settlement”, “village”, or “land.”
CAP Commentary: It was Liberal PM Pierre Trudeau who put an end to the British North American Act. CAP’s opinion on this is that regardless of what was contained therein, Mr. Pierre would cancel this government statute– simply based upon its name– The BRITISH-North American Act.
Pierre Trudeau created the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to relegate the BNA Act ancient history. What media have never told Canadians is the following:
The Charter disempowered Canadian MP’s, and trans-fered this power to Pierre Trudeau’s legal lawyer buddies, as well as judges and our courts. Part of the empowerment was an ability to challenge ANY ELEMENT of British Common Law.
See how Pierre Trudeau stuck it to English Canada without the general public gaining an awareness of an anti-Anglophone agenda? Guess what, fellow patriots– CAP has followed these issues for close to 40 years–and we have yet to see this messaging articulated or alluded to by way of media.

Question Time: Do you as a Canadian citizen and patriot believe that because the word “Canada” is derived from First Nations dialect, the word cannot and will not one day be stamped with the proverbial “racist” tag by Canada’s “post-modern” power-players
CAP say this makes a grand total of ZERO difference. Rather, this is what our “crystal ball” tells us:
The country of Canada is being re-made as we speak. CAP predict our existing flag will be re-designed, and that the name of the country will eventually trans-ition to something that the globalists feel best suits a 3rd World-dominated nation.
That’s thing about accusations of racism and bigotry–they are very powerful forces within society. Naturally, not within Iran, Saudi Arabia or China. Yet, within contemporary Canada, racist accusations can “move mountains.”
They are doing this very thing as we speak. Witness government and media institutionalize another loaded term– “Systemic Racism.” Has this “trend” not taken off like a rocket since the grim death of George Floyd in America?
Darn right is has–and for CAP, these forces are only beginning. Claims of racism against non-white communities can indeed move mountains–as they are doing at present.
Powerful enough to be utilized to trans-form our country from democracy to dictatorship? CAP think so. Impactful enough to result in a change for the Canadian flag? For certain.
Powerful enough for the name of our country to be dumped, and replaced with something which stimulates hatred of our country’s historical foundation?
Yes–absolutely. For CAP, the “sky’s the limit” for Trudeau, his 3rd World “Evangelist” MP Ahmed Hussen, and the rest of those who wish Anglo-European Canadians “all the worst” within society.
CAP Bottom Line: Within a Liberal government-controlled Canada, “anything is possible.”
Truly, madly, deeply–it does appear the “race-card” accusations are a silver bullet for MP Ahmed Hussen and his type to get “everything they want”– no matter how absurd or outrageous.
In Canada, government and media refer to this as “equality,” “multiculturalism” and “diversity.”
Don’t believe the hype, fellow patriots– it’s a stone-cold lie.
