Trudeau’s DEI Funding Facilitates Racism Against White Canadians

Winnipeg Sun, May 10th, 2024: “DEI Needs To Die”

“The policy of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (so-called DEI) holds that marginalized or previously discriminated groups should have preference in hiring, training, and promotion to higher managerial levels in workplaces.”

Opening a Pandora’s Box of speculation, common-sense Canadians would do well to see the issue of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for what it is. It was none other than Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who once made a deeply insightful observation about human nature:

“People tend to see things from different perspectives.” Typically hollow in presentation, CAP take our PM up on his offer:

CAP Perspective: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion[DEI] is racism against white Canadians. It’s one of a plethora of reasons why our output never makes it anywhere near mainstream media presentation.

No one in government, in addition to the press, ever speak or write about social issues related to Canada’s “Old Stock” communities. In contrast, CBC, CTV, Globe & Mail go hog-wild regarding the negative experiences of “racialized” Canadians. Turning to Anglophone communities, not a word is written.

As in, nothing specific to Anglo-European Canadians. Toronto Star may publish an article stating that “birth rates have reached their lowest point in decades,” but never do they break out the impact on white Canadians in particular. Ditto for other Liberal government specialities such as abortion, Euthanasia, and transgenderism.

In Trudeau’s “post-modern” Canada, the privilege is reserved for our so-called “minority” communities. In light of this, we consider the reality of DEI ideology, the lion’s share of which emanates from Canadian academia:

“This past February, a Wilfred Laurier University professor released an important study that examined the effects of DEI initiatives by reviewing reams of past studies. He discovered that DEI creates greater prejudice and harm.”

“DEI reinforces and perpetuates divisions, encourages hierarchies of the oppressed and ignores decades of progress against racism and sexism.”

No wonder Trudeau and the Liberals support it. In CAP’s view, they love racism, prejudice and harm– as long as it’s directed towards Canada’s “made-silent majority.”

May 14th, 2024: The Foundation for Black Communities (FFBC) along with Minister of Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities Kamal Khera and Marci Ien, Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Youth, announced the results of the first call for proposals for the Fund.”

“For far too long, non-for-profits in Black communities have not received the funding they deserve.”

Well, if that’s the case, then according to Liberal logic, the same applies to First Nations communities. Add to it Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Vietnamese, Gay, Transsexual, and every other identifiable community the Liberals conjure up.

Holy Cow– it could even apply to Italian, Irish, Polish, German, Ukrainian and various other European-derived communities– but it never will.

Result? A racially-based, 3rd World-biased Canadian society. One in which race, ethnicity and religion trump all other socio-political issues. CBC won’t tell you, but this situation has the potential to revolutionize our country.

Which is, of course, the true agenda of government. That no point of satiation exists is intentionally sublimated by the powers that be. Do tell, woke academic warriors– does a point exist at which your neo-communist cabal will declare DEI initiatives a success? When it occurs, will you begin to extract the programs from your educational curricula?

Or will this go on forever? Astute Canadians can see the critical nature of these questions– the very reason you can count media out from ever positing such queries.

So…three decades pass, in which Anglophones transition to a minority community, largely based on immigration. At this future time, will the DEI programs still be in place?

On a more specific basis, let us consider two of the main DEI drivers in the Liberal government:

Kamalpreet Khera, (born February 4, 1989) is a “Canadian politician who has been the minister of diversity and inclusion, and persons with disabilities since July 26, 2023. A member of the Liberal Party, Khera was elected to represent the riding of Brampton West in the House of Commons following the 2015 federal election.”

In addition to Khera, the MP’s for Brampton consist of: Ruby Sahota, Maninder Sidhu, Shafqat Ali and Sonya Sidhu. There are no white MP’s in the riding. — aka no multiculturalism. Which makes sense, because in Brampton, whites constitute a minority community.

Ever witness media allude to this fact? Or the fact that dozens more “majority minority” ridings exist, mainly in the Greater Toronto Area? Try never, and keep on pushing. And what do people like Kamal Khera want in terms of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?

More, more, more is the correct response.

“Marci Ien (born July 29, 1969) is a Canadian politician serving as the minister for women and gender equality and youth since October 26, 2021. A member of the Liberal Party, Ien represents Toronto Centre in the House of Commons.”

A black lesbian, Ms. Ien is a powerhouse of pushing for rights of the so-called “oppressed.”Like many of her cohorts, MP Ien is insatiable in her push for “minority rights” and empowerment of Canada’s LGBT lobby.

These are the kind of people Justin Trudeau loves to empower. As with a number of Trudeau-appointed Cabinet Members, our PM is filled with bitterness regarding the historical development of Canadian society. The Liberals call it “equality.” CAP call it retribution, as government continues to incrementally disempower the original settler communities of our country.

“DEI, again like gender theory, deserves scrutiny. Its criticism is not ‘owned’ by the so-called ‘far right.’ This is just a lazy smear on anyone disagreeing with or even questioning DEI advocates.”

The “lazy smear” is the Liberal Party, legacy media and Marxist-oriented academia. So some people recognize the “reverse-racism” inherent in DEI. Does that make us a motley crew of right-wing fanatics?

In Trudeau’s “no core identity” Canada, it certainly does, and a sham it is.

“DEI has now become unacceptably tied to livelihoods. Many jobs now require commitment to DEI ideology, particularly in the public sector and increasingly in the private sector. We are also seeing the dangerous trend of professional bodies adopting this toxic ideology.”

If readers ever wonder why we overuse the term “neo-communism,” this would be the reason. We witness what Trudeau has done to Canada. The PM and his neo-socialist sidekicks have silently infused DEI into the “nooks and crannies” of society. History buffs would do well to recognize that the same pattern existed in communist and fascist societies in the 20th century.

Mao Tse Tung, Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Fidel Castro– the top dictatorial brass all utilized the methodology that the Feds so liberally borrows from political despots of history.

“When adherence to ideology is required for any job, we are heading the wrong way.”

One can claim with accuracy that this was the situation in the former Soviet Union, as well as Nazi-occupied Europe, and China during it’s Communist Revolution. “Tow the party line,” and you are good-to-go. That is, as long as you derive from the right blood-line, ethnicity or religious community.

Is this Justin Trudeau’s Canada? A person doesn’t have to be a paranoid schizophrenic to indulge in these concepts. It’s all there before us, and if not for media obfuscation, most Canadians would understand it to be true.

DEI is rotten because it is not about a true organic recognition of barriers facing certain groups in society.”

For CAP, it’s been this way since the day an over-privileged, under-qualified politician became national leader in 2015. At the core of our PM exists a fundamental hatred. The goal of DEI is not “equality”– it’s vengeance.

If Canadians ever came to understand these ideas, perhaps the attack upon Canadians of European heritage would come to its rightful end.

  1. call it dei… or just stop and admit it’s an anti christian agenda.

as long as you don’t identify as a christ worshipper, you’re included in the liberal identity politics
