In the circumstances, we believe it will be in the national interest for the government to undertake a thorough evaluation of the intake program, with particular regard to considerations of security and effectiveness, over both short and long terms.

” the government should inform Canadians that, while the large and complex Syrian refugee program will unavoidably involve difficulties, an appropriately extensive monitoring and evaluation system will be in place to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the program’s elements and serve the best interests of all concerned” yet Trudeau has gone ahead with his election promise without ensuring the Canadian citizensof their safety and security. Clearly, if these high profile figures feel their is a need to approach this refugee issue with proper evaluation and security checks then we should be concerned because this is not being done.
