Loneliness Declared LEGITIMATE REASON For Assisted Dying In Canada

Canada’s MAID Annual Report found that 13.7 percent of the 5,631 Canadians killed by doctors asked to be lethally injected because of isolation or loneliness.

Other reasons Canadians gave for requesting assisted dying include:

Loss of ability to engage in enjoyable activities, loss of dignity, experiencing emotional distress and anxiety.

In February, 2021, Canada’s Senate passed Bill C-7 with amendments to expand the categories of who is eligible to die under the country’s already permissive euthanasia practice called Medical Aid in Dying (MAiD).”

Current amendments proposed by the Liberal government include:

“Remove the requirement currently in the law that a person’s “natural death be reasonably foreseeable.” This would allow people who are not terminally ill to choose to die by euthanasia.”

“Permit a doctor or nurse practitioner to lethally inject a person who, at the time, is incapable of consenting as long as that person was previously approved for assisted death.”

“Waive the ten-day waiting period if a person’s natural death is deemed reasonably foreseeable.”

Legalized euthanasia is, simply put, a “Justin Trudeau” product. This monumental social policy did not exist previous to PM Trudeau’s ascendancy to the throne of Canada. Obviously, these policies allow legal end-of-life rights for Canada’s elderly–in addition to the mentally ill and physically disabled.

Interesting to note that legal end-of-life policy for Canada’s “very young” came from father Pierre Trudeau. During his tenure as prime minister, Pierre Trudeau institutionalized the most permissive abortion laws in the western world.

Abortion at full term became an acceptable medical practice in Canada. Therefore, between the two Trudeau family members, both the pre-born and about-to-die were successfully “covered off.”

Establishment media have not offered a stitch of analysis regarding abortion and assisted dying within Canadian society. Neither media, nor the “intellectuals” within our university system, have ever posited this basic question:

Why is it so important to government that an ability for elderly, disabled and disadvantaged citizens of Canada to expire by way of unnatural death policies?

In a way, it reminds Cultural Action Party of another of Justin Trudeau’s “post-modern” policies– transgenderism. For the past five years the Liberals have remained emphatic in their support of transgenderism for Canadians.

Why? What is it about this most personal of decisions that our government must fund, promote and publicly advance sex-change surgery?

For CAP— sexual identity–like sexual activity itself– is a behind-closed-doors, personal and private affair. This is not “transphobia”– it is mature, common sense thinking.

Yet, for some reason, the son of the man who once said “sex should remain in the bedrooms of society”Pierre Trudeau— these personal issues have been transformed into instruments for the  accumulation of political power.

Euthanasia, Abortion, Transgenderism as politics. If CAP didn’t know better(we don’t), this situation would be conjuring up images of totalitarian societies within 20th century European nations.

What irony it is that Justin Trudeau supports all of the above as examples of “progressive” politics.
