CAP Theory posits the following: Multiculturalism in Canada, founded by ex-Liberal Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, is in reality a program whereby Anglophone-Canadians pay for the demise of English Canada.
Notice how little ideas of this nature–or anything remotely close– appear within the pages of the Globe & Mail, or any other establishment media publication. In fact, after following issues of this nature for over thirty years, CAP can count on one hand the number of media articles which have analyzed multiculturalism in a critical manner.
Pretty odd-ball for one of the world’s only countries with legislated multicultural policy(USA, France, Germany, Sweden–none of them have equivalent legislation).
So what has Canadian media omitted for the past forty-odd years? Just about everything–however for CAP, one concept stands out from all others:
Old Stock Canada is paying for their own decimation. Notice this curiosity, fellow patriots? The bulk of the billions of dollars per year handed to “multicultural” not-for-profit organizations is taken from Old Stock Canadian tax-payers.
Where does multiculturalism come from? Who founded the concept? And even more extraordinary, why has media overlooked this point for the past four decades?
Okay–so we do not know the root or source of multiculturalism. What else can CAP do but guess at it? Here is our opinion on the original source of multiculturalism.
In the early 1970’s PM Pierre Trudeau made a series of trips to China. He was the first western political leader to do so–well before U. S. President Richard Nixon. In 1970, Trudeau Sr. met with Chairman Mao Tse Tung.
A mere eight months later, Pierre Trudeau forced multiculturalism upon an unsuspecting(okay, CAP suspected) Canadian populace. The year was 1971.
A full seventeen years later, the Multicultural Act of 1988 was established under the Conservative government of Brian Mulroney. What did this accomplish?
Answer: A giant shift in tax-dollar allocation. Suddenly, hundreds of millions of dollars began to be handed to Third World immigration and multicultural organizations. Media said nothing about this.
CAP believe it was Chairman Mao Tse Tung who first suggested the idea to Pierre Trudeau. Why would it be this way? Theoretical CAP Opinion: Pierre informed Mao of his problem–Canada was too colloquial. We were a simple secondary nation with a giant land mass and tiny population.
How to change this? Multiculturalism. Drop the “archaic” bi-cultural English & French Canadian identity–and go global.
Thus, the roots of the demise of English Canada. Now, fast-forward to 2015. Son Justin Trudeau is PM. He is here to finish the job–the decimation of English Canada. Over a four year period he advances the cause so far that Anglophone Canada trans-sitions to a maligned community currently being transformed into a demographic minority. Again, media say nothing.
Who paid–and continues to pay–for the cultural, religious and demographic decimation of English Canada and its peoples? Why, the financer is English Canada, and its peoples.
CAP has a word for this set-up: GENIUS. It’s absolutely brilliant— not to mention absolutely diabolical. Pure Liberal-Trudeau-Globalism, and built to destroy.
Did PET come up with this self-destructive plan? Perhaps–he was an intelligent fellow, no question. But for CAP, the scheme sounds more like Chairman Mao’s plan. Think about it–at this point in time Canada is a minor nation with little international presence.
Canada’s population in 1971? 22 million. China’s population? 1.1 Billion. So who do you think was a more worldly, sophisticated leader–Trudeau or Mao? Which leader is more likely to possess this multicultural “vision.”
No contest for CAP— it is Chairman Mao Tse Tung–all the way. Result? Anglophone Canada is placed on a downward trajectory–and it has been this way every day since 1971.

2019 winners in the GTA: Liberal, Majid Jowhari ; York-South Weston: Liberal Ahmed Hussen. Conclusion: Third World politicians are dominant within Greater Toronto Area(GTA) ridings. Some of Canada’s most reviled MP’s— Omar Alghabra, Maryam Monsef, Iqra Khalid–win their ridings by a landslide. Why? Immigration policy in tandem with multiculturalism.
What does the future hold for Anglophone Canadians in this regard? Easy as pie–more of the same. A question Trudeau media slaves will never ask in a million years:
If this is the case in 2019, what will the situation be like in 2039? Another easy one–infinitely worse than it is today.
Winners: Justin Trudeau, Gerald Butts, MP Ahmed Hussen, Third World Canada, Sikh Canada, Chinese-Canada, and the rest of the Third World communities.
Losers: English Canada, Anglophone Canada, Francophone Canada, Christian Canada, as well as our First Nations communities.
How a tiny seed can grow into a giant sequoia tree–and it darn well did. Pierre Trudeau’s introduction of Multiculturalism spells the demise of English Canada. Was Pierre Trudeau an Anglo-Canadian? How about Justin Trudeau?
Bottom Line: Multiculturalism is an Anglophone-eroding piece of government legislation– paid for by Anglophone Canadians.
Again–pure genius–so much so our people find themselves in the most precarious and ominous position in Canadian history. Media say not one word.

Pierre Trudeau did it as revenge for the English conquering Quebec, he made Quebec a distinct society to protect them from the billions of non-French in the world and put it into the constitution which they never even signed. Justin as you wrote is now here to finish the job. Alberta and Saskatchewan may break up the country before that can happen.
