Some people just don’t know when to quit. The Canadian Arab Federation keeps digging itself deeper with every lawsuit it files.
Last week, the Federal Court of Appeal rejected CAF’s latest attempt to challenge a government decision to cut its funding.
Back in 2009, Jason Kenney, then the minister of citizenship and immigration, cut CAF’s $1 million in annual tax dollars because of the group’s support for Hamas and Hezbollah. The money was for language instruction the federation was providing to new immigrants.
