The Public Health Agency of Canada has resisted calls to provide information to a Parliamentary committee on why two Chinese-Canadian scientists were fired from their positions at Canada’s only Level-4 security lab in Winnipeg in July 2019.
The firings occurred four months after the facility shipped Ebola and Henipah viruses to China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology. The federal government has been eluding committee inquiries ever since.
As reported by National Post, “Canadian officials have said the shipments are not related to the outbreak of COVID-19, which was first detected in Wuhan. The federal health agency said the shipments and the firings are also not connected.”
These denials prove nothing. People can say anything they want. What this does suggest is that yet another cover-up related to the nefarious workings of Canada’s Liberal government may have occurred regarding the Covid pandemic.
The Conservative opposition had the following to say on the matter:
“These stalling tactics and the blocking of important reports raise serious questions about what the Liberals are working so hard to keep hidden.”
What We Do Know:
Scientists at the National Microbiology Laboratory (NML) in Winnipeg– together with Chinese military researchers– conducted a series of experiments on infectious diseases between 2016 and 2020.
One of the researchers from the Academy of Chinese Military Medical Sciences worked for a period of time at the Winnipeg lab. The researcher was credited as co-author on six related studies. On two of them, he is listed as being affiliated with both the Winnipeg lab and the Chinese military medical academy.
CSIS had been concerned about the nature of information the fired scientists in Winnipeg might have passed on to China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Cultural Action Party can certainly see why, Does, or does not, this information suggest a possibility of a nefarious relationship between Winnipeg, Canada and Wuhan, China?
Let CAP be crystal clear: we have no evidence of collusion between the two. As it is with our general population, the truth behind this relationship is far beyond our scope.
We can, however, point to a piece of reality which dates back over five decades. Here we speak of a symbiotic relationship between the Liberal Party of Canada, and the communist government of China. Of this there is no denying.
Andy Ellis, former CSIS assistant director, said it is “madness” for the Public Health Agency of Canada to be co-operating with the People’s Liberation Army of China. Yet, this is exactly what PM Justin Trudeau permitted to occur. Why would this be? Is there an untold story that lingers in the background regarding this most sketchy dynamic?
“It is ill-advised. It is the top lab in Canada,” Mr. Ellis said in an interview. “It is just incredible naiveté on their part.”
Ill-advised? Incredibly naive? CAP come from the school of thought that Trudeau and the Liberals do not indulge in frivolous decisions. Every move is a calculated measure.
Could there be specific a reason for such a tight relationship between Canada--meaning the Liberal Party of Canada– and China regarding the dissemination of the worldwide Covid plague?
Can it be that the Trudeau government had serious insight into Covid circumstances early in the game, but failed to act based upon Liberal Party allegiance to the Chinese government?
As reported by CBC News, the Public Health Agency of Canada refused to release uncensored internal documents. Conservative MP Michael Chong says he wants to know “how far Canada’s collaboration with China on Level-4 pathogens went — and why two federal scientists were let go by the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg.”
The Trudeau government continue to withhold the details. Although mainstream media have exposed various elements of Canada-China collaboration, they neglect to touch upon a possibility of collusion between the two parties.
“We need these documents. We need to know what the Government of Canada was doing through the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg with respect to cooperating with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China.”
Too bad MP Chong’s wishes will never be fulfilled–at least not until well after the incident has lost its vitality within society.
Oh, and before CAP forget– Justin Trudeau is leading in the polls, while a return to a majority government remains a distinct possibility for his Liberal government.
